The Registrar\u2019s Office will cancel the student\u2019s course enrollment at USC for the current semester, which will result in a reversal of tuition charges for the semester. The student\u2019s transcript will not show marks of W (Withdrawal) for the canceled courses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The student should contact their advisor to request a Leave of Absence. The student should also discuss what assignments must be submitted to earn a final grade. A student who receives a mark of IN under these circumstances may take up to four semesters to complete the remaining work. If the student does not finish the work during this special four-semester period, the marks of IN will default to W (Withdrawal).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The student should contact their academic advisor to request a Leave of Absence.
