Incident Description:<\/strong>\u00a0The victim was standing on the sidewalk in front of the Wingstop Restaurant. The three suspects approached him, told him they had a gun, and pointed a can of pepper spray at him. The suspects then took the victim’s backpack and cellphone. They left the scene going northbound on Figueroa Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
