These values guide how we work, collaborate, and support one another across USC. Top-Notch Trojans celebrates and recognizes those who model our values through meaningful actions, service, and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Makes a Top\u2011Notch Trojan<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A Top\u2011Notch Trojan is a USC faculty or staff member, including those within Keck Medicine of USC, who goes above and beyond in their role and demonstrates one or more of USC\u2019s Unifying Values in action.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, Top-Notch Trojans create a positive impact on colleagues, students, patients, and the broader university community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nominate your Top-Notch Trojan<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Providing our community the opportunity to celebrate the meaningful contributions of their peers, Top-Notch Trojans is where your appreciation becomes known. If you know someone who sounds like a Top-Notch Trojan, submit a nomination<\/a> for a chance to have them featured on the Employee Gateway Facebook page.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nominations are accepted on an ongoing basis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the <\/em>university\u2019s Notice of Non-Discrimination<\/em><\/a>.
