Feature request description

I want to use datadog-ci for generating and analyzing sbom. At the moment it seems only datadog-ci sbom upload is available, even though the datadog-sbom-generator already exists.

Solution

Make datadog-ci sbom scan available which uses the datadog-sbom-generator.
