Besides group-level service accounts, which is more targeted for Gitlab.com users, GitLab 16.1 also introduced the Service account users API for self-hosted and dedicated instances: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/user_service_accounts.html. Like group-level service accounts, they can only be added using the API right now. Thus, it would be great to have this feature added to python-gitlab.
