A brave dog who was shot in the face at close range and left fighting for her life is now searching for a family who can finally show her the love she deserves. Kelly lost half of her face in the horrific attack, but rescuers say she still has her fighting spirit.
Despite enduring unimaginable cruelty, the poor pooch made a remarkable recovery and is now healthy, happy and ready to travel to the UK in search of her forever home. Sharing her story on social media, the rescue said: "Kelly is a beautiful young girl whose life began a new chapter after an act of terrible cruelty left her needing a second chance.
"Found in heartbreaking circumstances, she showed extraordinary strength from the very start, facing every hurdle with quiet courage and an incredible will to keep going.
"Today, this brave little survivor is healthy, thriving and ready to leave the past behind her for good."
While the scars from the attack remain, rescuers say Kelly refuses to let them define her.
Instead, she's known for her cheeky personality, wagging tail and affectionate nature.

Describing her character, they added: "What makes Kelly truly unforgettable is not just her resilience, but her spirit.
"She is full of sass, sweetness and joyful tail wags, with a playful, loving nature that shines far brighter than the scars she carries.
"Kelly doesn't let her past define her - she simply gets on with the important business of being adored, sharing affection and bringing happiness wherever she goes."
