Final Version: added touch input support to the game.

Extract into maimai finale client and run MaiSense.Launcher.exe, make sure maimai_dump_.exe is located under the same folder.

Currently only support keyboard input:

• Key 1~8 as for A1~A8 Sensors respectively.
• Numpad 1~8 as for B1~B8 Sensors respectively.
• 0 for C Sensor
