Reorganize the sandbox sidebar template: replace the Clerk wordmark with the circular logo, group routes by domain (Auth, User, Orgs, Tasks, Billing, Other), surface the matching component name next to each nav label, and add a desktop collapse/expand toggle whose state is persisted in localStorage.
