This PR add a new module to represents the way the Terraform Example Foundation uses network infrastructure in the context of Cloud Only or Cloud+ onprem by supporting DNS configuration to onprem.
This Module updates the integration between the networks created in the Foundation to use Network Connectivity Center instead of Network Peering.
