What if I run out of Hotspot data?
Your hotspot pulls from your high-speed data allotment. If you run out, you can purchase more high-speed data that can be used for both hotspot and regular device data. Learn more about adding additional high-speed data.
How do I connect other devices to my hotspot?
Easy. Open WiFi in settings on the device you are trying to connect and look for your phone's device name under "Available networks."
Why isn't my mobile hotspot working?
If you're having trouble connecting, try restarting your device. If you recently added the hotspot feature to your account, a restart is usually required for the network change to take effect. Simply power your device off, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.
Can I connect multiple devices at the same time?
