Start your 4th of July celebration in Downtown Half Moon Bay at the Carter Park Fun Zone before the parade begins.

Community members, families, and visitors are invited to enjoy a morning of music, dance, soccer-themed activities, and family-friendly fun as the downtown celebration gets underway. The Fun Zone is designed to bring the community together ahead of the annual 4th of July Parade and create a festive and welcoming atmosphere for all ages.

The City of Half Moon Bay is organizing the event in collaboration with local community organizations to help celebrate Independence Day and build excitement throughout downtown before the parade starts.

On the day of the event, bring your Downtown Soccer Passport stamped by nine businesses to enter a raffle. Winners will be announced as the Fun Zone wraps up at 10:15 a.m.!

Get ready to celebrate! Councilmember Pamela Campos invites you to join your neighbors for the World Soccer Watch Party, presented by Verizon, coming to Ramac Park on July 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. This community festivity features live match broadcasts at 12:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. on a giant LED screen.

Enjoy a full day of excitement in your park, including:

- Live Soccer Action: Catch every goal live with fellow fans in dedicated viewing areas.

- Food & Drinks: Grab a bite from local food trucks and relax in the beer garden (opening at 4:00 p.m.).

- All-Day Entertainment: Enjoy live music, community booths, and lawn games.

Stop by the Alum Rock Library for a Round of 32 soccer watch party on Wednesday, July 1st. Enjoy the excitement and cheer on your favorite teams and players in a family-friendly environment. Jerseys are encouraged, but not required.

This event is free and open to the public. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Design FC is bringing its global youth design exhibition to Oakland and Neighborhood Sports Club.

For the past 6 months, Design FC has been working with youth from around the world to design jerseys that represent their countries. The collection will be displayed at NSC, as we celebrate one of the most impactful organizations in the sport industry.

The City of Milpitas, in partnership with Moveable Feast, is collaborating on an admission-free community event celebrating the World Cup soccer tournament. The event, known as the Taste of Milpitas & More, will feature food and beverage vendors from Milpitas and beyond, along with live entertainment. Live entertainment will include live bands, performances by local cultural and community groups, and a live broadcast of a World Cup match. Friends and family are welcome.
