lemon3 is an open source program that uses IPFS and Farcaster to allow decentralized file hosting and sharing.
It's a mini Farcaster client and an IPFS node, and allows uploading and downloading files. Lots of rough edges, this is the mvp, but I'm very excited.

The on-chain NFT movement is a very interesting trend. These are NFTs that are totally stored on-chain. Until recently, most NFTs stored ownership and permissions on the blockchain and point to metadata and content at an off-chain URL/URI.

It's nice to see collectors discover @scapes_xyz which is @jalil_eth's OG project. I'm now waiting for them to discover that Scapes already have a burn, called "merge".
Things like @WalletConnect make centralised auth look like a joke. You use your mobile phone to seamlesly login, approve transactions, check your balances, register domains, buy and sell NFTs. Authentication/autorization using blockchain is a largely overlooked success.

I've been following the @onchainbirds_ project since mint. It's like having a front seat at NFT tinkering and innovation: On-chain artwork, ens-triggered burns, bitcoin ordinals, etc. Cool stuff. @wrencrypt plays and hacks and we watch and participate.
