Qwen Realtime

Qwen3 Realtime provides native audio I/O with built-in STT and TTS over WebSocket. No external speech services required.

Vision Agents uses Stream Video for real-time WebRTC transport by default. External WebRTC transports are supported as well. Most AI providers offer free tiers to get started.

Qwen models can also be used as a traditional LLM via their OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

Installation

uv add "vision-agents[qwen]"

Set DASHSCOPE_API_KEY in your environment.

Qwen Realtime does not support text input. Start speaking once you join the call.
